Nobel Peace prize winner Kailash Satyarthi has been selected for the 2015 Harvard Humanitarian of the Year Award. He has been awarded this award in recognition for ending all forms of violence against children and championing the cause of child reform.
About Harvard Humanitarian of the Year Award.
It is annual award and is given by US based Harvard University. This is for the individuals who have improved the quality of lives and inspired people to greater heights. Some of the recipients of this award are Kofi Annan, Boutros-Ghali and Javier Perez etc.
