Punam Yadav (63kg) clinches 2 gold medals for India in both the senior and junior women’s categories on the 3rd day of the 2015 Commonwealth Junior & Senior , Youth weightlifting championships today on wednesday.
Punam lifted 110kg in clean and jerk and 90kg in snatch for a total of 200kg to win the top spot in both senior as well as junior sections.

- Punam Yadav is an Indian Female weightlifter who won Bronze medal in the women’s 63 kg weight class at the 2014 Commonwealth Games at Glasgow.
