Tourism Minister of Goa Dilip Parulekar has been conferred with the (PATWA) Pacific Area Travel Writers Association and the Safari India South Asia Travel Award.Dilip Parulekar was bestowed with this award in the Best Tourism Minister category. With this award he became the 1st Goan tourism minister to win this prestigious PATWA award.
