NTPC has signed 2 MoUs with Skill Development fund and National Skill Development Corp.

National Thermal Power Corporation has signed 2 Memorandum of Understanding (MoUs) with the National Skill Development Fund (NSDF) and National Skill Development Corp.(NSDC) for skill development training in eastern states and Bihar.
The 1stMemorandum of Understanding:

The Memorandum of Understanding (NTPC) will provide the skill training to 5 Thousand youth and women across 22 locations with the special focus on the eastern states. The MoU is for 2 years with a project cost around Rs 6.5 Crore.
The 2nd Memorandum of Understanding:

As per the MoU NTPC will train over 25 thousand candidates in services and manufacturing sectors across under the served locations in Bihar. The MoU is for 5 years with a project cost of Rs 30 crore rupees.Both projects will be funded by the (NTPC) and executed by the(NSDC) through its Training Partners.
