ICICI Bank has launched ‘Smart Vault’ 1st of its fully automated digital locker facility in India. Smart Vault locker has been launched by the (MD) and (CEO) of the ICICI Bank, Chanda Kochhar in New Delhi.
Key features of Smart Vault:
- The locker is equipped with the multi layer security system, including the PIN, biometric and debit cards authentication.
- This system has designed in lines with Make In India programme as vault has been manufactured and designed by the Indian partners of ICICI Bank.
- Customers can access the vault without any involvement by the branch staff and the facility will be available to customers even on weekends and also in post banking hours.
- The Smart vault facility uses advance robotic technology to access the lockers from the safe vault.
- The lockers will be available in 3 different sizes and charges will depend on the sizes.
